By accessing or using the VenueVoice platform, website, or any associated services (collectively the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, operators, and users of VenueVoice, including those who access the Service through a deployed visitor guide at a venue.
VenueVoice provides a software platform that enables venue operators to create and deploy branded AI-powered visitor guides. The Service includes the VenueVoice Operator Studio (admin panel), visitor guide export functionality, and associated hosting and support services.
The AI responses within visitor guides are generated by Anthropic's Claude API. VenueVoice does not independently verify the accuracy of AI-generated content.
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Service as an operator. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Operators are solely responsible for all content they configure within their visitor guides, including venue descriptions, Q&A answers, maps, branding, and any documents uploaded to the knowledge base.
VenueVoice does not pre-screen operator content but reserves the right to remove content or suspend access if content violates these Terms or applicable law.
AI-generated responses are produced by Anthropic's Claude API and may occasionally be inaccurate. Operators are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before deploying guides to the public.
The VenueVoice platform, software, design, trademarks, and all associated intellectual property are owned exclusively by VenueVoice. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights to the platform.
Operators retain full ownership of all content they provide to the Service, including venue descriptions, maps, logos, and uploaded documents.
By uploading content to the Service, you grant VenueVoice a limited, non-exclusive license to use that content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.
The Service integrates with third-party providers including Anthropic (AI processing), Netlify (hosting), and Stripe (payments). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. VenueVoice is not responsible for the actions or practices of third-party providers.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VenueVoice and its owner from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
VenueVoice reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to venuevoice.app. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active operators of material changes via email.
VenueVoice may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 7, 9, 10, and 11 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution process set forth in your Service Agreement, or if no Service Agreement exists, in the courts of East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana.
